Transformation Challenge #4 Completes at Anytime Dixon & Natomas locations
Transformation Challenge #4 Grand Champion Liz Harvey and Anytime Fitness Dixon/Natomas Owner Jim Hall
Different than in past Challenges, the three Dixon teams were joined in competition by one additional team from Anytime Fitness - Natomas.
Participants compete in the Challenge as both individuals and teams.

At the end of the Challenge, participants turn in copies of photos they took - 1 "before" photo from the beginning of the Challenge, and 1 "after" photo taken at the end of the Challenge. These photos, along with answers to a "how has your life changed since the Challenge?" questionnaire, are used to determine the individual winners.
All individual participants are assigned to a team, and for guidance, each team has a coach and a mentor (previous successful Challenge finisher).
The team component of the Challenge keeps track of the total amount of body fat lost by each teammate. At the end of the Challenge, all body fat totals are added together and are considered points for their respective team in the team competition.
Teams also score points for each teammate who successfully finishes the Challenge.
In the end, the newcomer Black Team from Natomas ended up on top, with a total of nearly 60% cumulative fat loss and all team members successfully finishing the Challenge.
Transformation Challenge #4 Orange Team Champion Sherry Bedoya and Anytime Fitness Dixon/Natomas Owner Jim Hall
"This is a Transformation Challenge first", said Jim Hall, who co-owns both Dixon and Natomas Anytime clubs along with wife, Brandy. "In the past, we've always had a small number of participants who decide not to finish the program, and it's a testament to the focus and leadership of that team that resulted in no one on the Black team quitting. We all have things go on in our life that cause us to question our motivation. The Black Team performing the way they did - sometimes slowing, but never stopping - is exactly what makes us all successful in the end."
The Challenge also produced outstanding individual results. Individual awards are given to the top-performing participant on each of the four teams, plus an overall winner who performed over and above all other participants in the Challenge.
A panel consisting of all four coaches and all four mentors, along with both club managers were assembled to select the individual winners for TC#4.
Transformation Challenge #4 Purple Team Champion Trisha Miller and Anytime Fitness Dixon/Natomas Owner Brandy Hall
"We had such great results this time, that it was harder than any previous Challenge to select the winners," said Brandy Hall. "In some cases we had to re-visit the winners multiple times because we couldn't agree on a clear winner. This is exactly the kind of problem we love!"
In the end, the official winners were selected, but all finishing participants ended the Challenge with a new-found understanding of what they could accomplish.
The top individual on the Black Team (Natomas), was Janet Rethford.
For the Green Team (Dixon), CeCe Coyle took the top spot. CeCe lost more than 12% body fat cumulatively over the course of 12 weeks, which was a Challenge individual-best.

The Purple Team (Dixon) winner was Trisha Miller.
The overall Grand Champion was Liz Harvey of the Orange Team. Liz's husband, Wayne, was a previous Purple Team winner in TC#3.
Congratulations to all Challenge finishers and winners!
